Acceptance on the course assumes that you are able to commit to a regular daily Kriya Yoga practice throughout the length of the course, which could extend to over an hour sitting every day. Is your life currently in a place where you can create that time for extended daily practice?

 The changes that arise through the practice of Kriya Yoga can be very profound and life-changing. This can be challenging as old habits patterns of thought, behavior and reaction are challenged and potentially transformed. Are you willing to go through this process of inner, and perhaps also outer, change? Furthermore, do you have good sources of support around you?
