The coures is an intense programme of activities including at least 3 1/2 hours of karma yoga each day, daily hatha yoga class, morning chanting and meditation and further daily group sessions. In addition there will be 3-4 evening sessions. In addition there will be 3-4 evening sessions of kirtan, havan, chanting or satsang each week. There will be one free day each week of the course. To sustain this programme over the full four weeks requires stamina. Do you feel that this is something you are able to commit to? Do you foresee needing any additional support?
