About This Retreat
This long-weekend retreat is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the depth of yogic teachings and experience the distinctive energy of the Ashram. Whether you are new to yoga or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this retreat offers a nurturing and inspiring environment to reconnect with yourself and gain greater clarity on your spiritual path.
Surrounded by nature and held within the peaceful atmosphere of the Ashram, you’ll have the chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and rest in a space of stillness and reflection. The retreat includes daily guided yoga classes, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), satsang (spiritual discussion/questions and answers), and guided meditation practice—all intended to support your inner growth and help you establish or refine your personal practice.
This weekend can serve as both a refuge and a turning point. A place to pause, listen deeply, and rediscover your sense of direction. It offers an introduction to the many facets of the jewel of yoga and a chance to experience the transformative atmosphere that has drawn countless seekers to the Ashram over the years.
