Join Our Residential Team
We offer 12-month placements for those seeking to immerse themselves in a life of service and spiritual discovery. While our 2026 team is currently complete, you can join our mailing list to be notified when applications reopen in early 2027. If you are new to the Ashram, we invite you to begin your journey by attending a residential retreat or visiting as a short-term karma yogi.
Living as part of the ashram team is a unique opportunity to live and work alongside a community dedicated to conscious living. In this role, you will provide vital support to our teachers and guests while deepening your own practice through guided meditation, chanting, and evening programs such as Satsang, Kirtan, and Havan. With access to spiritual guidance from visiting teachers, dedicated mentorship from our Operations Manager, and a monthly stipend to support your personal needs, this is more than a role—it is an invitation to align your daily work with your path of inner growth.
