About This Workshop
In this morning workshop, we will be exploring these two fundamental attributes on the yogic path. They are the first two of the yamas, or observances, in Patanjali’s ‘Royal Yoga’ teachings.
They serve as key guidelines for each of us, either helping to promote harmony and integrity within, or the opposite, depending on how we align with them.
Yet such alignment with ahimsa and satya is not ‘black and white’, but subtle, depending on the unique life or practice situation that we are engaged with. We will be exploring these subtilities in the session.
The purpose will be to make ahimsa and satya as accessible and real as possible in our practice and our life.
