Embers of Midwinter: The Seed Beneath the Soil
A half day Online Seasonal Immersion of Somatic Movement, Guided Meditation and Reflection & Yoga Nidra with AnandaDevi
As winter holds us in its deepest cradle, we find ourselves at a powerful threshold in the seasonal cycle: the quiet midwinter space between Winter Solstice and Imbolc. This is a time when the earth dreams beneath a blanket of cold, and the first whisper of returning light begins to glow within the darkness. It is a time of gestation, gathering strength, and listening for the subtle signs of inner awakening.

About This Workshop
Join AnandaDevi for this Embers of Midwinter: The Seed Beneath the Soil online workshop that invites you into this contemplative, restorative seasonal energy. Through a blend of gentle movement, meditation and a deeply nourishing Celtic–Shakti Yoga Nidra, we explore the inner landscape of winter as a place of wisdom, renewal and quiet transformation.
Nature does not rush toward Spring and this workshop honours that truth.
