About This Workshop
This 3-hour morning workshop will explore the fundamental practice of Nadi Shodhana pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing, from a few different angles. It is suitable for you, whether you’re experienced with this practice or new to it. The workshop will also include preparatory asana/posture practice focusing on balance, and associated relaxation and meditation practices.
