The need to live a life of balance, returning to our centre again and again, is as important now as ever. This workshop will focus mainly on Nadi Shodhana, supported by a variety of other practices that can help bring us back to balance.

About This Workshop

This 3-hour morning workshop will explore the fundamental practice of Nadi Shodhana pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing, from a few different angles. It is suitable for you, whether you’re experienced with this practice or new to it. The workshop will also include preparatory asana/posture practice focusing on balance, and associated relaxation and meditation practices.
