About This Workshop

In the busyness of daily life, it can be easy to lose touch with this inner guidance. Through slowing down and turning inward, we create space to listen more deeply to ourselves, to soften habitual patterns, and to reconnect with what truly matters.

Drawing on contemplative yoga practices, meditation and reflective inquiry, we will explore how the heart can guide us in our relationship with ourselves, with others and with the deeper consciousness that connects us all.

Our time together will include gentle embodied movement, breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra, supporting both awareness and deep rest. There will also be space for reflection and integration, allowing insights to arise naturally and settle within the body.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience. You are warmly welcome whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice.
