This workshop will begin with a few simple asana before moving into the practice of Ajapa Japa. You are welcome to use a chair if that is more accessible for you and some aspects of the practice can be done from lying down.
To support your comfort and deepen your practice, please bring:
- A yoga mat
- Bolsters or cushions
- A Blanket
- A journal and pen for reflection
- Water or herbal tea
