About This Workshop
Chakras are among the most beautiful and useful ideas on the yogic path. Unfortunately, they are often greatly misunderstood, and as a result, a lot of time and effort can be wasted.
The focus of this mini-retreat is to clarify our understanding of the chakras and learn how to use tools like posture, breath, mudra, and visualisation to work with them.
However, because yoga works much better through practice than theory, the day will be primarily experiential. We will enjoy a little asana practice together, pranayama with intention and understanding, a way of using mudra that may be new to you, and meditations that can form the basis of a beautiful path of self-exploration and communication with the deep parts of your being.
