About The Teacher

Amrita Sara first visited the Ashram in 2001. It instantly felt like a home-coming! She went straight on to the Ashram’s Yoga Teacher Training Course, graduated in 2004, and has been teaching Yoga ever since.

The fruit of her practice and enquiry to date finds form in the simple and accessible self- study course, Nurturing the Self.
